All rooms were well decorated and reasonably spacious.

This hotel provided a unique breakfast. We got room with comfortable decor and a huge bathroom to relax. Location : the property was not far from taxis, and restaurants.

The location of the property was particularly good and superior as we were just off the restaurants downstairs and gangnam. Great service and near subway and a real imperial castle.

I stayed in a cozy room that was nicely decorated, and it had a big window facing south with easy access. the service here was top-notch, and I really enjoyed the awesome pool. Plus, there's a cute café in the lobby where you can grab a coffee or snack! ☕

Our room was enjoyable and beautifully decorated and it came with South-facing window, main access. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was speedy.

Despite a small issue with the air conditioning in our suite, the staff were prompt in addressing our concerns and ensuring our comfort. our experience at Imperial Palace Seoul was top-notch, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This hotel was sold as five star. By International standards it falls well short of this claim. It is not enough to have a fancy lobby (or in this case an ostentatious one) if the rooms are grubby and tired.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a variety of options, the room was pleasant, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with many food options nearby. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and went above and beyond to help with translations and taxis.

Hard to think of anything

The hotel is billed as 5 star which following a 10 day stay I think is way off the mark. The rooms are small, the décor was very tired (wallpaper poorly patched) and there was thick dust throughout. Even the bath mats / towels are worn out. The restaurants (and bars) were excessively priced even were it a 5 star hotel. The reception staff were pretty incompetent though the concierge service was very good. Overall this is a very disappointing hotel.

The value for our money at the hotel was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient with plenty of nearby food options, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
